Shipping
Information on shipping policies
Your order will ship via USPS at a Flat Rate Cost within 1-3 days of purchase (Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays).
If an order includes an item that is out-of-stock due to a rare inventory discrepancy, you will be contacted with your options.
Some items like live bait are not available to be shipped.
Refund Policy
Information on refunds, damaged items, and exchanges.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Due to inventory fluctuations, we unfortunately may not be able to exchange item(s). If the item(s) that you are looking for is in stock, you can simply order the item(s) you want and return the item(s) you don't, for a full refund.
Exchanges may also be accepted in store with provided proof of purchase.
Refunds
New, unused products in original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 business days, You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items, unless otherwise specified. It is strongly recommended that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection as you will be at risk for any loss during shipment.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
